Jonathan Morley, Corporate Partner, has recently completed the record deal for Rickerbys LLP, Solicitors in Cheltenham. Imarex ASA, a Norwegian listed company, has sold its UK headquartered subsidiary, Spectron Group Limited, one of the world's largest energy intermediaries, for a cash consideration of approximately £95 million.
